Leica Microscope

Located in Wngr 481, the Leica microscope is a useful tool for looking at film surfaces, small crystals etc.

  • Magnification of up to 1500.
  • Lit from above and below

Calibration

The scaling can be calibrated in the Leica software for each lens. An AFM standard from the Minot lab is used for the calibration.
